You will receive your order four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Shipping costs are based upon live estimates received directly from UPS by weight and destination address at the time the order is placed. 7% sales tax will be automatically applied to all New Jersey orders. All domestic orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim. Shipments to P.O. boxes, the Yukon, and Northwest Territories are shipped via Canada Post. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of duty and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. If paying by credit card, your order will be automatically charged to your account in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate (including all duty and taxes). Checks or money orders must be in U.S. dollars. Please email us at comments@mariechavez.com to see if we ship to your country. mariechavez does not offer refunds. Instead, we offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of any items on our website. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment and/or call tag UPS charges for any returned merchandise. If you would like to send us a return via UPS or FedEx please contact us for an alternate shipping address (as those services do not ship to a P.O. Box) In the unlikely event that a piece needs repair, there will be a $10.00 per piece repair charge, plus shipping for all merchandise purchased within 60 days. For merchandise over 60 days old, there will be a $20.00 per piece repair charge, plus shipping. As our merchandise changes often, some beads or stones may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
